First Professional Exam (Medicine)

The time has come whereby i am nearing the phase of my life of being a full fledged "doctor".

My exams are next week wednesday and thursday (8th and 9th respectively) , and clinical the following monday and tuesday (13 and 14respectively).

My results will be on wednesday the 15th where they will tell me if i pass or fail or have to take an immediate re-sit if i am borderline pass/fail.

I am at my wits about the exams i have millions of things i have yet to even read let alone study, and i only have a span of several days. I really need God to intervene and help me pass this (same as everything else it seems).

For it is on my own strength, i am unable; but with Him, i am certain it is possible and i pray it happens!

Do pray for me and hope my next post here are of joyous happenings and me rambling about moving to Batu Pahat for my final semester when i pass!

Thanks in advance and God bless!

Where's your conscience??!

Just reported in the newspaper yesterday was the article above.

If you can't really read it as you are looking at it now, i urge you to click on it to enlarge and digest what happened.

------------------------------------------o~
The gist of it just says,

woman got mugged by snatch-thief on motorcycle --> fell down --> sustained multiple head injuries --> intracranial bleed and fractured skull --> lying on the ground --> 7 passer-bys' did not do anything about it and essentially said "meh" to that --> hours later discovered by others and sent to the hospital --> too late --> post-mortem --> cremated yesterday at 2pm with very upset family...

------------------------------------------o~

So as my title says people, where did all the humanitarianism and little bit of common sense as well as conscience disappeared to?

Far out seriously. My condolences to the loved ones and may the Father receive her in heaven.

Wanting to say yes, but no.

Have you ever been in a position whereby you want to say yes but end up saying no? Or maybe saying no but wishing or meaning to say yes?
I think this is a common situation we find ourselves in especially when it comes to relationships and business. In a sense, when you're in a relationship you mean business than play play! Haha
----------------------------------------//->
A simple example is:

Boy - what do you want for valentines?
Girl - anything, up to you :)
Boy - do you want a bouquet of flowers or a diamond bracelet?
Girl - haha. No need lahh
Boy - no really, what would you like?
Girl - anything, up to you :)
~valentines day~

Boy - here's a bouquet of roses (brings her out for dinner)
Girl - so why didn't you buy for me a bracelet?
Boy - you said you don't want?
Girl - no, i said up to you!
Boy - yeah, so i bought you the flowers :)
Girl - ... You're so stupid.
----------------------------------------//->
We all know deep down she wanted both of it. Saying no but meaning yes.
Well, for me today i was faced with saying no although i felt bad. I wanted to say yes but because of several reasons i had to decline. Not that i'm just an ass, but well.. Sometimes i guess i must prioritize myself than others always.
If you're facing such situations, why not share your experience :)

Like a Mangkuk!

This is one of my wise quotes! Haha. Think about it. Ponder and embrace the connotations :)

I have a feeling this week will be a memorable and interesting one. Hope yours will be too!

Until then, the finals of EURO 2012 is coming up in an roughly two hours. Spain versus Italy! Who's your pick?

My gut says Spain will take it home, but my for the sake of excitement i am hoping for Italy to win simply because they are the underdogs! We'll see what surprises may unfold! Penalties!!!

Falling asleep

12:50am first and foremost, i would like to thank and praise God for my exams last week. When you walk into an exam you sort of know your competency base on your studies. For me, i knew i needed more knowledge, but with God, i managed to do the exam well (i believe) - yet to know my results but praying for the best!

On a lighter or heavier note depending on how you see it, i am stuck in a rut when it comes to my studying. My first professional exam (med school exit exam) is due in 5 weeks. I have 1000s of pages worth to commit to memory with the assumption i am able to regurgitate it as well as apply!

That said, i start my adventure with snail pace. As i sit down to study, i fall asleep in 15 minutes. At nights when i want to sleep, i can't. Oh goodness me.

By faith i shall pull through and become a great doctor! Wish me luck! Prayers more importantly!

Btw, have you thanked God for your family? Friends? Country? Breath of life?

If you haven't don't hesitate because you owe Him that lil' gratitude.

How have you been?

1:57am it's early in the morning and I am praying (apart from blogging now). I have my pediatrics exam this Thursday and Friday, yet my 500+ page book is still somewhat clean.

Funny thing is I don't feel stressed. I guess I'm having faith that God is always there for me. Nonetheless I will do my utmost best and enjoy the challenge.

Do pray for me and bid me the best of luck as I believe I'm gonna need it :p

Btw, of non-recent updates - I hope you have been enjoying my instant am pics that are near daily updated!
